Our mission statement is to provide an excellent delivery of quality care and service, within a homely environment, ensuring that the privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment of our service users are fully met. Each persons’ assessed needs are met by experienced, well-trained and friendly staff. The comfort, care and well-being of our service users is our number one priority. We Prime care 1 an agency suppling Nurses and Care staffs to Treetop nursing home for a long time. Regarding the payment we have not faced any problems from the management. We receive payment weekly wise and really thankful to Mr. M Biju. Management and staffs are very friendly and supportive.
The house is kept very clean, the staff and management are very friendly you always get made welcome. The food is always good and is always presented nicely. I always get offered a cup of tea. Everyone seem happy.

You can also buy small items, such as toiletries, in your care home and you will need to pay for personal services such as hairdressing or private chiropody should you wish to use them. The weekly charge does not include activities that involve an entrance fee, such as theatre visits or trips to a public swimming pool or gym.
There are no restrictions or specific visiting times at Treetops care home. All we ask is that your visitors respect the privacy of your neighbours at the home.
Yes, we encourage residents to bring small items of furniture, pictures and personal belongings when they move in. We want you to feel as at home as possible in your new home and to have familiar belongings around you. You will be provided with a lockable cabinet for any valuable items.
Yes, we have an Activities Co-ordinator in our care home whose main role is to organise daily activities within the home and local community. When you come to live with us we will spend time getting to know how you would like us to help you continue your current lifestyle and to live the life you want.
